PROMOTING COMMUNITY & INNOVATION

OUR MISSION

Promoting community and innovation through a multi-tenant, mixed-use facility that models sustainability in its design and practice.

Since 2010, Third Street Center has been a self-supporting community hub, ensuring essential and innovative services reach residents across our region. By providing long-term, affordable rental space, the Center brings together a diverse collection of nearly three dozen nonprofit organizations, artists and small businesses under one roof, leveraging their unique strengths. By sharing a home, our tenant partners share skills, talents and resources, enabling them to more effectively pursue their missions and have greater impact in our region.
