Community Hall
Community Hall can accommodate groups of up to 300 people standing, 200 sitting, and 150 at tables. It is an ideal location for concerts, conferences, plays, movies, fundraising events, and celebrations.
Rental Rates:
Nonprofit/Community: $75/hr or $800/day
Private/forprofit: $125/hr or $1200/day
Note: The Room Renter is responsible for set-up and returning the room to its original setting. Please factor that time into your room reservation.
Please note planned renovations may limited use of the hall in 2024-2025.

Cleaning and Housekeeping Guidelines
There will be a $250 cleaning/security deposit for all Community (non tenant) groups in the Hall. The Large group/private event deposit is Hall $800.
A room rental is not confirmed until both the room rental policy form and the facility rental agreement form has been signed and the deposit paid to the TSC Executive Director.
