Community Hall
(formerly the Gym)
Community Hall can accommodate groups of up to 400 people standing, 275 sitting, and 200 at tables. It is an ideal location for concerts, conferences, plays, movies, fundraising events, and celebrations.
Note: The Room Renter is responsible for set-up and returning the room to its original setting. Please factor that time into your room reservation.
Phase One of the Gym Renovation is complete. We are currently in Phase Two. Consequently, upgrades (new flooring improvements, lighting and audio improvements, table and chairs) in the space will occur as resources allow.

Cleaning and Housekeeping Guidelines
There will be a $250 cleaning/security deposit for all Community (non tenant) groups in the Hall. The Large group/private event deposit is Hall $800.
A room rental is not confirmed until both the room rental policy form and the facility rental agreement form has been signed and the deposit paid to the TSC Executive Director.
