Room Rentals

Community spaces (the Calaway Community Room, the Round Room, and the Board Room) are available to all tenants free of charge.

Community Groups interested in renting community rooms or the Events Center should contact Colin Laird at 963-3221 x 3.

There is a $100.00 cleaning/security deposit for all Community (non tenant) groups. $250 if there will be food. Private and large events require a $800 deposit.

Additional Cleaning and Security rate apply depending on your event.Non-tenant events past 8pm require extra security.

A room rental is not confirmed until both the room rental policy form and the facility rental agreement form has been signed and the deposit paid to the Third Street Center.

The Board Room

The Board Room is perfect for small groups of 10-15 people. A large table surrounded by comfortable chairs allows a group to collaborate in a cozy but comfortable atmosphere.

The Calaway Room

The Calaway Room accommodates groups of up to 100 and features a wall of windows overlooking Mount Sopris. Groups that have used the Calaway room are: dance recitals, piano concerts, church services, board meetings, design charettes, art shows and group meetings.

All events must be finished by 10pm

The Round Room

The Round Room accommodates groups of up to 150 people. It is an ideal location for dances, art shows,  Santa Clause sightings and yoga.

Private Events: $65/hour or $500 (no alcohol allowed)

The Events Center

The Events Center can accommodates groups of up to 300 people sitting at tables and 500 people standing. It is an ideal location for concerts, fashion shows, roller skating, fund raising events, birthday parties and mud wrestling.

All music must end by 11pm. Event organizer and attendees out of building by 12 midnight.

Non Profit:

  • $250/day ($50/hour)
  • $450/night
  • $600/ all day-night

For Profit & Private Events:

  • $600/day or $100/hour (9am-5pm)
  • $800/night or $100/hour (5pm-11pm)
  • $1,000/ all day-night
