The Third Street Center has a number of space options for you or your organizations creative endeavor.

One goal of the Third Street Center is to provide affordable space to nonprofit/community benefit organizations working in Carbondale and the region.  Office spaces range in size from 150 sf to 1200 sf.

Tenants have made significant improvements to rooms to meet their needs and improved Third Street Center in the process.
