  • (Evenings & weekends only) PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO ALCOHOL IN THE ROUND ROOM

  • (Please pay with separate check to be returned if facility is left in original, clean, undamaged condition. Terms and Conditions

  • If food or drinks are served at your event, we encourage you to use reusable or compostable dinnerware. We can carry compostable dinnerware you can purchase.

  • Additionally, we encourage guests to follow our Zero Waste policies to compost correctly. Failing to follow our Zero Waste policies will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Facility Manager may be asked to assist with these policies.
  • Once submitted, this form will be reviewed by the Executive Director and a follow-up email will confirm your room, date, rental fees and instructions for submitting a damage deposit (PayPal, cash, check or credit card. The deposit reserves your room and date. We will then email you an invoice for full rental payment, which is due the Monday before the date of your event. Thanks ----------- Una vez enviado, el Director Ejecutivo revisará este formulario y un correo electrónico de seguimiento confirmará su habitación, fecha, tarifas de alquiler e instrucciones para enviar un depósito por daños (PayPal, efectivo, cheque o tarjeta de crédito). El depósito reserva su habitación y fecha. Luego le enviaremos por correo electrónico una factura por el pago total del alquiler, que vencerá el lunes anterior a la fecha de su evento.
